this mobile phone have a serious problem!!!! i dont know what was thinking about the SHARP! staff when they made it but, the video mode, have a zoom that you cant use !!! without hit many time the screen, its does move by fortune!!!! incredible !! so i contact docomo, i said sorry for this price (500 dollars) i was expecting something more…how say..hum better!!

so i wanted to change my modele!, and from the first shop been …say said no, and that without any explanation!, then i decide to call a technitian (docomo ) wich after test the mobile, finish to agree with me, and suggested me to change my mobile,  at any Docomo shop,  GOOD!

Its what i decided to do, but ..HORROR , the staff in charge start to say to me that i should go to the docomo shop where i bought it….Ok ok…

finally there,  My nigthmare started,  …have you ever met a human that the brain use a binary systeme as  ; “maybe/ no”

i did!  she first start her speech, and finally after 2 hours talking she just stay on her position! : no

and me with the same question (wich change all human world) ; WHY?!

it was a binary talking, until i said take it back and cancel my contract, they suddently start to panic…

i suggest you to dont buy anything in YODOBASHi camera docomo corner in SApporo, there service are terrible , the staff limit insult my wife, and just ignore my customer right!

When a product doesnt work as it should work, does the customer have to be treat like this? without any explanation, or right?!

the touch panel managment is really uncertain, slow and …just BAD! THANKS SHARP!!! and the stupid staff of DOCOMO yodobashi camera sapporo!!!
